Dermal fillers are a quick and effective procedure that can rejuvenate aging skin and improve your overall appearance. Juvéderm Volift lasted 12 months and there was no major swelling, but I noticed some patients had mild swelling, which appeared as a globule and swelling of the lips after a few weeks. However, the problem goes away quickly after gentle massaging.
Cheek Enhancement
With Juviderm Volume or Juviderm Volux, scalpels and surgery are no longer required as this offers natural results requiring the use of 2ml to 5ml dermal fillers. The effect can even last 18 to nearly 36 months (as denser fillers with larger molecules are used in this treatment).
It seems logical to me that in most cases the filler has to be done with a syringe rather than a cannula as it gives better and more accurate results. From patient to patient, a minimum of 2ml of filler is required for non-surgical facelifts considering age, skin type and condition, but the dose can be increased to 8 – 10ml of filler, administered naturally in 2 to 3 separate treatments.
Nose
Regarding the nose, dermal fillers must be strong enough to lift and outline the nose, fill in the bumps and align. Restylane Lyft or Defyne can give perfect results without side effects, I only use these and have been using them for years. As always, the most important factor is the doctor’s expertise and experience. If we choose a proper hyaluronic acid brand and a good doctor, in most cases, 1ml is enough to achieve more than 18 months of results.
Nasolabial Fold
Correction of the nasolabial fold remains the most popular filler treatment. This is one of the easiest procedures to perform and has the longest lasting effect. But just a caveat – I must stress again that not only does extensive knowledge, skills and expertise are required to achieve good results, but also because the area requires a detailed understanding of its anatomy to avoid side effects that cannot occur in situations such as Vascular damage. Managed by experts, but becomes possible in “unprofessional” hands. Many dermal fillers fit well here, so you can choose from a wide range.
