I am a 62 year old Dutch woman. A year ago I searched for a plastic surgeon. I felt myself younger and more onergetic than my mirror told me. I searched at internet looking for a plastic surgeon. I have deliberately chosen Dr. Shahram Sajjadi because of his good academic training and various plastic surgery fellowships which he followed in Western Europe. Dr. Sajjadi inquired what my wishes were and explained the possibilities. I have a very thin skin and not every treatment was possible. I decided to have botox treatments and a MACS lift. The result is amazing. I look in a natural way younger and more energetic. Scars are not visible. I experienced Dr. Sajjadi as a highly skilled doctor with much love for his profession. “My little story: I am from Holland. Even when I was in Holland I was thinking about a plastic surgery operation, but it was too expensive and honestly I was a bit afraid for it. I met Dr. Shahram Ghotb Sajjadi and he gave me a secure feeling about the procedure, I felt ok with it and also the price was correct, so I have done the operation in February 2009. Now, we are 1.5 years l ater. I am very happy I took this difficult decision. Even a week after the operation, I was happy, of course I felt some pain, but I could take a shower immediately after the operation because of the sealed scar. In the hospital everyone was nice to me and helped me with whatever I wanted, they looked very good after me. The safe feeling I had w hen I spoke to the doctor, I had also when I was in the hospital, they looked after me. The quality is certainly not less then in the western part of Europe, but the attention is much more, I spoke with the doctor who did the operation for several times and he took all the time for me. I can advise everyone to take this operation with him!” Sandra W.

My doctor is dear Dr. Shahram Ghotb Sajjadi. Here is not the place for advertising, but I can only recommend him to everyone. So that every one would understand my point of view I shall briefly tell my story. In 2009 there was a terrible accident, a truck hit me while I was crossing the zebra line on my way home. Unfortunately the driver did not see me in time and since he was driving at about 90 km/hour was unable to stop. He crashed and after flying 10 meters I landed on my head on the pavement curb. My right leg was broken in several places and the truck had passed over my left leg. Rescue helicopters delivered to the Military Hospital of Pécs. Immediately I underwent surgery, Fragments of broken bone were were removed from my broken head and my broken leg was put in plaster cast, My wound were cleaned from debris and my deep wounds were sewn up. My bruised left leg got worse day by day and the skin over it started to die and it looked catastrophically, I could not feel any thing on that leg. It was continously monitored and examined with the hope that it shall get better, but every day the black part got bigger. My leg got infected and flesh-eating bacteria proliferated in it, which threatened my legs viability. There were already of the opinion that it should be cut to save my life. It was then that I was introduced to Dr. Shahram. I have to say that from the first moment he was very sympathetic. He examined my foot and told to remove the dead skin areas, and informed me that it might still be possible to save my leg with skin transplantation. He did not made me believe that for sure it will be successful and was very clear and straight forward, I knew that it is possible that the intervention will not succeed. The day of surgery I was very nervous, and I was emotionally worn out by the fear of losing my legs, but Dr. Shahram was very patient and empathetic, he understood what I’m going through and reassured me and calmed me down. The daed skin and tissues were removed, several times a day he was visiting me to check me out and changed the dressing of my leg. He was always respectful and professional. He always communicated clearly with me and always answered all my questions in a way that I could understand even when he had to consult with me a not very pleasant answer. After my wound was clean of infection the skin grafting and transplantation was performed and skin from my thighs were transplanted covering the areas of my leg that I had lost the skin. I experienced the hellish torments, not just talking about the physical pain, but also to the psycological torment. I was very scared that the trasnplanted skin will not adhere to its new place and further operations might be required. Of course it was very unpleasant that I could not move my leg for a week, and the donor area on my thigh was also terribly sensitive, It was so bad that I could no longer take it mentally, I cried, screamed at the wound dressings, but Dr. Shahram even then behaived with me understandingly and sympatheticly. Its unbelievable the good will and peace that radiates from him, I feel he was the one that poured his soul, calmness and hope into me. The skin grafting was successful and 98% of the skin adhered. My leg was saved. Iwas discharged from the hospital, but I had to go back three times in a week for follow-up. There was a major difference in the contour between my two legs, which was not aesthetically beautiful, but it was not the most important thing, because I was already happy that I had my leg. End of 2009 my doctor said that if I would like there is a chance to improve the state of my leg by transfer lipo surgery. I was very happy, and of course I wanted take the opportunity. In 2010 the reconstructive surgeries on my leg started. At the beginingsmall and later larger areas were filled up by my own fat. The operations were always successful. The results were better than expected. Now I have undergone 10 sessions of lipotransfer and my leg has improved a lot, at first it was “like a stork’s feet,” and now once again it has a contour. I will not give up, because I have always trusted Dr. Shahram and now, if its possible, even more. He showed me that he can do things that I could not even hope for. I am immensely grateful to God for giving me such a physician. So Dr. Shahram Ghotb Sajjadi is one of my heaven sent saviours and thank him because of the way he is: professional, trustworthy, humane, tolerant and calm.
